Vision, Mission, Values.

EYOF – EUROPEAN YOUTH OLYMPIC FESTIVAL, is the most valuable multi-sport event for young European athletes, who can challenge themselves every 2 years in both summer and winter editions.  The EYOF belongs to the European Olympic Committees (EOC) and is held under the patronage of the IOC

From 21st to 28th January 2023 the Olympic flag hosted by the region of Friuli Venezia Giulia, will give the opportunity to resourceful young athletes to approach and taste the experience of an international stage and the thrilling of the Olympic flame. Athletes aged 14 to 18 will enjoy the experience of the most bracing European multi-sport winter session event.

Friuli Venezia Giulia, Austria and Slovenia will stage a great no boundaries European competition, in which 14 winter sports as: as: alpine skiing, biathlon, cross country, curling, figure skating, freestyle skiing (slopestyle – big air), ski cross, Ice Hockey, short track, ski jumping, ski mountaineering, snowboard alpine and cross, snowboard freestyle (slopestyle – big air) and nordic combined will be combined in 12 venues.

The EYOF:

  • It is the most important multi-sport event for young Europeans
  • Develops the values and ideals embodied in the Olympic Charter
  • Educates and motivates youths to meet sport and an healthy lifestyle
  • It Is a great socializing opportunity for young athletes from 50 European countries

It was 1993 when the first winter edition of EYOF was held in Italy; 30 years later the Olympic torch comes back with the same purposes that became our Mission – Values –  Vision.
